Located in northern Boulder, Colorado, the Poplar Project was the city’s first owner occupied, affordable housing project.

Site:  1.4- acres

Housing: 14 dwelling units

Retail and Office: The project contained a coffee shop, video store, dry cleaner, child center, and computer learning center.

Affordability: 50% of market rate
